As the daughter of a teacher, we had more ‘World’s Best Teacher’ mugs in our house than the average family. She definitely appreciated the sentiment but I’m sure that after the first few mugs my mum would have loved something a bit different! (She also got lots of chocolates at Christmas time – surprisingly, we never complained about those).

So, if you are struggling to think of an appreciation gift for your child’s favourite teachers, then you are in the right place. I have chosen 11 of the most gorgeous crochet gifts for teachers that I could find. All of them are quick makes so fear not if you are looking for a last minute gift.

For each of the projects below, I list the pattern format as well as the recommended yarn. This allows you to see at a glance what you might be able to use from your stash to make a special teacher crochet gift.
