12 Days of Crochet Christmas

Day 1 – December 13

Christmas Tree Bauble

The gift for this day has expired!

Please scroll down to today’s date for the current gift.

The first gift under the tree is a super cute tapestry crochet Christmas Tree Bauble pattern.

You will need small amounts of a #4/worsted weight yarn in 2 colours, a 4mm (G-6) crochet hook, and a plastic bauble measuring approx. 10” – 11” / 25cm – 27cm around.

This is a super quick pattern, definitely do-able in under an hour, even if you are new to tapestry crochet.

And if you do make this pattern over the next few days (or any time really!), then I would love for you to tag me on Instagram – I am @nedandmimi over there. I get a little thrill every single time I see my patterns being used in real life, and I love to share your posts!

Day 2 – December 14

“Made with Love” Gift Tags

Today’s gift is a set of 6 brand new, printable gift tags, perfect for attaching to your handmade gifts!

The gift tags are designed for you to print and cut out at home, or at your local office supply store. Any white or light-coloured card will work great.

(The gift tag printable is designed for US Letter sized paper, but should print absolutely fine on A4 paper too!)

Day 3 – December 15

Little Diamonds Bauble

The gift for this day has expired!

Please scroll down to today’s date for the current gift.

Today’s gift is another Christmas crochet ornament pattern – the Little Diamonds Bauble. You will need exactly the same supplies as for the Day 1 pattern.

And if you have already made that one, then this will be absolutely no bother to you!

And if you do make this pattern over the next few days (or any time really!), then I would love for you to tag me on Instagram – I am @nedandmimi over there. I get a little thrill every single time I see my patterns being used in real life, and I love to share your posts!

Day 4  – December 16

Crochet Hat Sizes Chart

Today’s gift is a very, very useful printable 🙂 I find myself looking at this chart EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to crochet a hat.

At this stage there are a few measurements that I know off the top of my head (apologies for the terrible pun!), but I love to have this information right in front of me to take all of the guesswork out of designing a hat for multiple sizes.

There are two versions of the chart – one in inches and one in centimetres, so you can choose whichever one suits you best 🙂

Day 5 – December 17

Snowflake Bauble

The gift for this day has expired!

Please scroll down to today’s date for the current gift.

Today’s gift is the third installment in the Christmas crochet bauble set, and don’t tell the others but this Snowflake Bauble is my favourite one!

This one does have a few more colorwork rounds, but I bet you are close to being a pro at tapestry crochet by now 🙂

And if you do make this pattern over the next few days (or any time really!), then I would love for you to tag me on Instagram – I am @nedandmimi over there. I get a little thrill every single time I see my patterns being used in real life, and I love to share your posts!

Day 6  – December 18

Crochet Blanket Size Chart

I am delighted to share another useful printable with you today – this time it is a Crochet Blanket Sizes Chart.

For many of crocheters (including me!), a baby blanket was one of our very first projects, and still a go-to project for many of us.

This size chart has measurements for every type of blanket or afghan that you might ever want to make, from baby loveys all the way up to king size afghans!

As with the hat size chart, there are two versions of the chart – one in inches and one in centimetres, so you can choose whichever one suits you best 🙂

Day 7 – December 19

The gift for this day has expired!

Please scroll down to today’s date for the current gift.

Candy Cane Stripes Bauble

Another crochet bauble for you today – the Candy Cane Stripes Bauble!

This one is easy-peasy and the colorwork repeat is very intuitive, you will probably be able to throw away the chart after the first row or 2 🙂

And if you do make this pattern over the next few days (or any time really!), then I would love for you to tag me on Instagram – I am @nedandmimi over there. I love to share posts when you make my patterns; it really is a joy to know that they are being used!

Day 8 – December 20

Christmas Crochet Instagram Posts

If you are on Instagram, then I have created some fun, festive graphics for you to share on your feed if you so wish!

If you do use them then I would love for you to tag me –@nedandmimi!
